Once order is placed, we create the design required and send a proof to your email address. Slight changes can be made but please understand this is the time consuming part of the job.

Application Instructions - Petrol Tank:

PeeWee50 tanks are plastic and therefore allow petrol fumes to permeate through to the decals adhesive. Original decals don't seem to have any problems and last a long time however aftermarket decals start to bubble after 2 or 3 weeks. We have tried the following procedure which does help the adhesive bond to the plastic petrol tank. Follow these steps;

1. Remove petrol tank & drain petrol out leaving the filler cap off

2. Submerge tank completely in soapy water and leave submerged for 1 or 2 days

3. Rinse tank of soapy water and leave to dry, preferably in sunlight

4. Once the tank is dry, apply the tank decals

5. Allow 3 to 4 more days before refilling the tank with fuel

We believe this allows the decals adhesive time to bond against the plastic without battling the petrol fumes at the same time
